Not happy with your purchase? While this makes us feel pretty down, we understand we can’t please everyone.
Should you wish to return your HairFlair products purchased from us, please do so in the orginal condition within 14 days from receipt and we’ll happily refund or exchange them. But remember, all products must be undamaged and unused and in their original packaging. If you tick all these boxes, we’ll happily refund your full order amount. One quick thing – when returning items, please ensure you include the delivery note or a copy of your email order.
As we are not responsible for loss or damage to returns in transit, we would advise making use of recorded or special delivery and insurance, the cost of returning items in the post is not refunded.
Refunds will be made to the payment method that was used for the original purchase.
