By sending in your photos you agree to our terms and conditions and to grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish and otherwise use the material in any way that we want, and in any media.
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The confirmation stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send you an order acknowledgement e-mail detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Hair Flair.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered (unless cancelled or refused).
We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access directly on this website, therefore please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own records.
Coupon codes and promotions on the website cannot be used in conjunction with one another. Only one promotion can be added to the bag at any one time.

Coupon codes can only be redeemed against non-offer items in the shop. They also will not be applied to “Save on Sets” bundles. Coupon codes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible by email. A full refund will be given in the event that you have already paid for the goods.
To ensure that your credit, debt or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full.
The price you pay is the price quoted on the website at the time we receive your order. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Depending on your choice of currency, the prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£), US Dollars ($) or Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT but exclude delivery charges.
Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales.

International delivery: 6-12 Working Days to major markets
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of the first attempted delivery by us.
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully re-saleable condition. Distance Selling Regulations
If you have ordered by telephone or internet, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within seven working days and receive a full refund for any home delivery, even if there is nothing wrong with the goods.
To cancel, you can contact the addresses given below within seven working days commencing the day after delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and the item(s) must be in fully re-saleable condition as described above.

This offer may not be combined with any other coupons, discounts, offers, or promotions. The purchase amount discounted using gift cards, credit codes or discount codes are not eligible to earn points. Taxes and shipping charges are also excluded towards earning points.

Hair Flair Ltd shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
No delay or failure by Hair Flair Ltd to exercise any powers, rights or remedies under these terms and conditions will operate as a waiver of them nor will any single or partial exercise of any such powers, rights or remedies preclude any other or further exercise of them. Any waiver to be effective must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Hair Flair Ltd.
Governing Law And Jurisdiction
The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
