TOP TIPS
- Dry your hair off at least 50% before you begin, slightly damper for textured, natural hair.
- If you want volume at the roots, dry off and lift with a paddle brush first, then apply Curlformers®
- Pull Curlformers® halfway down the hair to create soft, bendy curls towards the bottom
- If drying with a Softhood, always give the hair 5 minutes to cool before removing Curlformers®
- Always make sure the hair is combed through for that perfect smooth curl result
- There are left & right direction Curlformers® in your pack to allow you to direct your curls away from your face or on to it
- Use zig zag sections rather than straight to achieve a softer result
Hairflair how to
A simple step by step guide on putting Curformers and Waveformers in your hair.
Step 1/6
Dampen hair and brush through. Hair can either be washed or use a Flairosol water spray to dampen
Step 2/6
Add Styleformers® or styling products. We used two pumps of Hold Styleformer and two pumps of Nourish. Warm it up in the palm of your hands and brush through.
Step 3/6
Split your hair into large sections. Take a smaller section (approx 1”), making sure your hook is the right way up so the hair stays in. Pull your hair down through the Curlformer, using the hook.
TIP
We used Curlformers® in one direction on each side but you can mix them up too for a different look. They can also be applied at the root or through the mid length.
Step 4/6
Now dry your hair, either let your hair dry naturally or for a quicker result use a Softhood®
Step 5/6
Take out the Curlformers® easily by pinching the seal at the top.
